The Deming Leadership course is an interactive three day / 3 hour educational workshop starting on October 9, 2024. It is designed for those in leadership positions to shift their thinking and actions looking through the Deming lens, from the well-worn path of managing parts and pieces to the direction of managing systems. This workshop is ideal for anyone in a leadership role in any facility and or sector to include all In-house service providers, supervisors, managers, and health professionals in nursing and environmental services departments.
The class will run from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm (eastern time) on October 9, 2024, October 16, 2024, October 23, 2024 and October 30th every stated Wednesday. This course will be delivered over three days virtually. Each class will be three hours long. All three classes must be taken to complete the course. Participants have the ability to log in and review the session and material if a class is missed.
