The Deming Leadership course is an interactive four day / 2 hour educational workshop starting on Tuesday, April 8-29, 2025. The course will run on Tuesday's for four consecutive weeks. It is designed for those in leadership positions to shift their thinking and actions looking through the Deming lens, from the well-worn path of managing parts and pieces to the direction of managing systems. This workshop is ideal for anyone in a leadership role in any facility and or sector to include all In-house service providers, supervisors, managers, and health professionals in nursing and environmental services departments.
The class will run from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm (eastern time) on April 8, 2025, April 15, 2025, April 22, 2025 and April 29th every stated Tuesday. This course will be delivered over four days virtually. Each class will be two hours long. All four classes must be taken to complete the course. Participants have the ability to log in and review the session and material if a class is missed.
