Some helpful things to remember when registering

Peace of Mind Registration/Cancellation

As we know these are difficult times for you we are closely monitoring the developments of COVID-19 through the advice of public health authorities.  To ensure your early commitment is risk-free, all attendees taking advantage of Early Bird Registration will receive a 100% refund if for any reason you need to cancel, no questions asked. All cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 100% refunds are applicable for those who register during the early bird registration before June 30. Registrations after June 30 will incur a $35 administration fee. The exhibits only fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2020.

Taxes & Incidentals

Room taxes are included in packages. Any incidentals are the responsibility of the guest.
