December Meeting Program

Our own Vert Mont Chapter member, Penny Thompson from Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Burlingon, Vermont and Brandon Heir from L&R Pest Control presented this program at the December meeting of the chapter.   Penny's presentation focused on isolation practices, in-service training for staff, disinfectant efficacy, hand hygiene, testing of environmental surfaces and standardized cleaning procedures.  It includes data on how they have improved in quality sampling and in their Press Ganey scores.  It was very interesting.  Contact Penny if you have questions about the power point. 

Brandon Hier's talk was primarily about Bed Bugs.  The power point has some pictures that he shared with us - right before lunch.  The narrative for his talk has been scanned and you can view it by clicking on it.
