Do you need more FTEs (full-time equivalents)? While I’m sure that there is an enthusiastic chorus of “yes” coming from the offices of my industry colleagues, it is most likely tempered by the fact that justifying those FTE requests can be difficult on a good day and nothing short of a disaster on a bad one.
